2. Account Registration

Clause 2.1

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your nbaji account, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered nbaji account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are found, nbaji may close all but one, void all bonuses claimed across them, and withhold winnings generated using bonus funds across those accounts.

Clause 2.3

KYC Verification

nbaji may require you to complete KYC identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. This may include submitting a copy of your national ID card (NID) or passport. nbaji reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Clause 3.2

Currency

All player balances on nbaji are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposit amounts are credited in BDT at the prevailing rate at time of transaction. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside nbaji's control.

Clause 3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as practicable. Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts in good standing. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes of processing. nbaji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if KYC verification is incomplete or if there is a security concern requiring review.

Clause 3.4

Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. The current minimum deposit is ৳200 and minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are set per account tier and may be adjusted by nbaji without prior notice for security reasons. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by nbaji are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements (rollover). Always read the specific T&C for each bonus before claiming. nbaji reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion T&C, all bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be processed. The standard wagering requirement on nbaji welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be removed.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Abuse

nbaji takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using techniques to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to guarantee returns. In confirmed cases of abuse, nbaji will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may permanently close the account.

Clause 4.3

Free Spins

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game(s) only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Any free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

Clause 5.1

Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on nbaji are subject to acceptance by the platform. nbaji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started, bets using funds under bonus wagering, or bets that appear to exploit a technical error in odds or game settings . Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided or settled at the correct odds.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on nbaji are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures. nbaji does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in nbaji's server logs shall be the definitive record. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nbaji: use of automated betting software (bots); collusion with other players or dealers; match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate sporting event outcomes; exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain; and any form of fraudulent activity including chargebacks on valid deposits. 7. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for Suspension

nbaji reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice if: the player has provided false registration information; the player has breached any provision of these T&C; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe; or the account shows patterns of bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as described in these T&C.

Clause 7.2

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of T&C, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited at nbaji's discretion. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, any real-money balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the nbaji platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of nbaji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any nbaji content without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi is owned by those respective studios and licensed to nbaji for distribution on the platform. The intellectual property rights of those studios remain with them. nbaji makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. nbaji's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbaji does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical faults.
